Maybe you don't buy your everyday shoes from Hot Topic, but Halloween is a fun holiday to let loose and get creative! Costume stores will charge a FORTUNE for good Halloween accessories, but you can get great shoes like these Gold Mary Jane Heels for only $29.99! Also look for platforms, boots, and other dramatic, affordable alternatives.
