I haven't seen these in person to speak for the appearance, but as far as a designer shoe for Payless, 'Sabrina' by Lela Rose seems to hit all the marks. Trendy color, elegant lines, and something a little less "Payless" than we've come to expect. Seriously, is this the kind of shoe you'd expect to see there?
