Despite the site's outstanding customer service, I have to admit that I sometimes hate browsing Zappos because it can seem a little overwhelming and disorganized at times. Remember that time Rami draped everything on Project Runway? And how, in general, as a last-ditch effort to make things look more interesting or architectural, designers just resort to braiding or pleating fabric? (Or putting fluerchons on everything, but that's another story?) Well these shoes remind me of all of those things, but in an excellent way, and I extremely want them.
