The retailers have decided that it is back-to-school time, so I must begin passing on to you back-to-school savings...even though as you're sitting under the shade of a tree the park, eating an ice cream cone and watching the kids run around half-dressed and carefree, the school bells and homework of September are the last thing on your mind.
